Meet Connor
Connor McKit started in sales management in 2019, learning early that the most durable businesses aren't built on paid traffic — they're built on systems.
After scaling a real estate marketing operation to 100+ monthly clients and serving as COO at Mission 4 Media, he discovered cold email while working at a large outreach agency. He managed all client operations there — and recognized something the market was missing: most businesses had no idea cold email could be this powerful.
In 2021, he founded McKit Solutions to fill that gap. Today, McKit serves clients directly through Done-For-You campaigns, trains founders through a hands-on course, and powers agency fulfillment for partners across the country.
