Our journey begins with Connor McKit who has been managing operations and systems for digital marketing agencies since 2019. After an initial start in sales and managing a sales team, it was clear that the true value of his skill set was meant for operations. In first managing and scaling out a real estate marketing plan to over 100 monthly clients, systems and automations became vital in day to day ops.

After moving on from that opportunity he first landed his right hand COO role with James Furman managing clients for Mission 4 Media. Where we ran an organic marketing strategy that focused on the coaching and consulting industries around the world. This lead to a fast learning curve in direct client communications, understanding how to structure an offer that can convert cold traffic, and many other day to day needs.

After moving on from that COO role, Connor was first introduced to the cold email systems we use today in 2021. Working for a large cold email agency it quickly became very clear that cold email was a solution that had endless possibility when done correctly. Within a few months Connor was managing all client operations and actual deliverables of the cold email systems at the company. With the sheer need for the system being so clear, and the goal of building his own agency always in the back of his mind, Connor launched McKit Solutions.

With traditional marketing agencies at the mercy of big tech like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, cold email was a solution that not only has been long lasting, but was something you could have complete control over. No more relearning algorithms or needing to revamp marketing ads when changes are made on the fly from big tech. Cold email is the out he was looking for. From just an idea, McKit Solutions has grown rapidly into a Cold Email Course, a Complete Done For Your Service, and a White Label fulfillment Partner to other marketing agencies looking to be able to offer cold email as a service. While early on in the story, McKit Solutions aims to continue its rapid growth in the industry forming strategic partnerships and scaling globally.
